Here, however, is a man who CAN defeat Barack Obama — head to head, with or without a teleprompter, in an open debate on issues relevant to real-time USA …..

So — somewhere between euthanasia for sickly elders and other weaklings as part of the nationalized health care plan, Obama’s government will continue to retain it’s democrat voter base  ….  But not without the assistance of ACORN in rigging the census AND a crash — RASH of really, really cheepie cars built to Tom Daschle’s personal assisted suicide specs.

But back to the global war against that evasive warming climate-thingy:

Environmentalists claim the new standards should cut carbon dioxide from tailpipes by 30 percent by 2016. Though that is unlikely, for the reason just stated, the fact remains that cars and light trucks subject to fuel economy standards make up only 1.5 percent of all global man-made greenhouse gas emissions. Thus, Americans will be paying more for cars and continuing to die in ever-greater numbers on the road, all for less than one-half of one percent of man-made greenhouse gas emissions. It is almost as though hardcore greens want to save the planet by killing people, but are only accomplishing the killing part.

Finally, one of the entirely predictable “unintended consequences” of raising the price of new cars will be to keep poorer people driving their old, greenhouse gas-spewing cars. Thus, it should surprise no one that Congress is already considering a “cash for clunkers” program designed to encourage trade-ins. This proposal is a twofer: not only does it attempt to patch a glaring flaw in today’s plan, but it would help save the jobs of all those UAW workers Obama and the Democrats rely upon every other November. Pushing the poor into these new Obamamobiles will also kill more people at the margins, but dead people tend to vote Democratic, so there is no net loss for the Democrats.

What was his big deal economic programme that he was determined to drive through the G20 summit? Another massive stimulus package, globally funded and co-ordinated. Did he achieve it? Not so as you’d notice.

Barack is not the first New World ingenue to discover that European leaders will load him with praise, struggle sycophantically to be photographed with him and outdo him in Utopian rhetoric. But when it comes to the critical moment of opening their wallets – suddenly it is flag-day in Aberdeen. Okay, put the G20 down to inexperience, beginner’s nerves, what you will.

On to Nato and the next big objective: to persuade the same European evasion experts that America, Britain and Canada should no longer bear the brunt of the Afghan struggle virtually unassisted. The Old World sucked through its teeth, said that was asking a lot – but, seeing it was Barack, to whom they could refuse nothing, they would graciously accede to his wishes.

So The One retired triumphant, having secured a massive contribution of 5,000 extra troops – all of them non-combatant, of course – which must really have put the wind up the Taliban, at the prospect of 5,000 more infidel cooks and bottle-washers swarming into the less hazardous regions of Afghanistan.

Then came the dramatic bit, the authentic West Wing script, with the President wakened in the middle of the night in Prague to be told that Kim Jong-il had just launched a Taepodong-2 missile. America had Aegis destroyers tracking the missile and could have shot it down. But Uncle Sam had a sterner reprisal in store for l’il ole Kim (as Dame Edna might call him): a multi-megaton strike of Obama hot air.

“Rules must be binding,” declared Obama, referring to the fact that Kim had just breached UN Resolutions 1695 and 1718. “Violations must be punished.” (Sounds ominous.) “Words must mean something.” (Why, Barack? They never did before, for you – as a cursory glance at your many speeches will show.)

President Pantywaist is hopping mad and he has a strategy to cut Kim down to size: he is going to slice $1.4bn off America’s missile defence programme, presumably on the calculation that Kim would feel it unsporting to hit a sitting duck, so that will spoil his fun.

Watch out, France and Co, there is a new surrender monkey on the block and, over the next four years, he will spectacularly sell out the interests of the West with every kind of liberal-delusionist initiative on nuclear disarmament and sitting down to negotiate with any power freak who wants to buy time to get a good ICBM fix on San Francisco, or wherever. If you thought the world was a tad unsafe with Dubya around, just wait until President Pantywaist gets into his stride.

After all, US-hater and Obama-supporter George Soros had expressed his support for moving from US currency to the yuan.

    China has also been arranging currency swaps with trading partners to bypass the U.S. dollar in trade settlements. Since mid-December, China has signed currency swap contracts worth 650 billion yuan (about 95.6 billion U.S. dollars) with six central banks in Hong Kong, the Republic of Korea, Malaysia, Belarus, Indonesia and Argentina.

    These swap accords allow other overseas central banks to lend yuan to local importers who want to buy Chinese goods. Since these deals bypass the U.S. dollar, they reduce exposure to exchange-rate volatility and cut transaction costs for both parties.

    Chen said these deals “expand the yuan’s use in the region and pave the way for its global acceptance.”

    The rules are also good for Chinese exporters, who have long had to bill their foreign customers mainly in U.S. dollars.

And if you think the military have forgotten how Obama tried to shaft them on health care — guess again.  The reception in Iraq this week was not all “oohray”  — not by a long shot.   Troops don’t forget when a sitting President votes against them or insults them ….

… Oh please — so they will not meet one-on-one at the Americas’ Conference?   Two of the most self-adoring, egotistical leaders in the world?  Yeah right …. My only question is:  who will bow to whom?

I’m no authority, but why do I get the feeling that Obama has just put his signature on the Afghan war …. and it’s starting to look a lot like Vietnam?

Interesting how he appears to be distinguishing between the Taliban (can’t we all get along?) and Al Qaeda (boooo bad guys) while isolating both from the problems IN Afghanistan AND Pakistan. 

And we’re supposed to trust this empty suit who says nothing without a teleprompter?

Funny how Al Qaeda has not launched an attack on anyone from Afghanistan in eons, yet it’s critical we rush in with thousands of additional troops — to maybe rescue the drug trade? 

Son of Soros got this plan from the puppetmaster, methinks.  The ole global drug legalization baron himself – George Soros. 

We’ve got the chemical spray to destroy the poppy fields (which will not harm other crops or people), and would in succession, destroy the Taliban and Al Qaeda PLUS allow Pakistan and Afghanistan to regain control of their countries AND their own economies.

Isn’t that what we want???

If O intends to employ his “community organizer” skills in Afghanistan, his concept is about to be dragged screaming and kicking from the streets and scuttled in yon mountains.
